4. Email the invitations out to the computer savvy. Don't forget the ones who don't have or know how to operate their computer. You don't want them to be left out.
5. Send out invitations 2 weeks in advance. The general rule of thumb is to send out invitations far enough in advance to notify everyone, but not so far that they forget the date. Family members flying in or driving a long distance may need an earlier heads up of the confirmation date.
