How to Choose Makeup for Blue Eyes

on 9/9/2007 I have greyish blue eyes, and I have found that if I use a grey-blue eye shadow of the same hue that is a shade lighter than my eye color, it makes my eyes look darker.

on 7/16/2007 Re step one: use a shade that is darker in tone than your eye color: my eyes are very dark blue - so dark they can look black from a distance. What do I do?? I usually wear no eyeshadow or one pale pink or flesh colour with mascara.
