How to Create a Photo Calendar Using PhotoWorks

There is no greater calendar then one you put together using pictures of your loved ones. PhotoWorks makes that possible. The following will walk you through making your own personal calendar.

Things You'll Need:

• Photo Streamer 2 Software if desired
• Digital pictures

Design Instructions

1. Access PhotoWorks' website at www.photoworks.com.

2. Click on calendars at the top of the screen and choose the size calendar you want from the five available size variations.

3. Decide when you desire the calendar to start - it may start in the middle of the year if you so choose. Then choose how many calendars you would like to have printed and click the "Create" button.

4. Sign in or create a member account if you do not have one with PhotoWorks. See section 2 in creating a member account.

5. Choose the Upload button or the Continue without uploading button. It gives you this option in the event that you have all of you pictures already downloaded onto their site. See section 3 on how to upload pictures.

6. Pick a picture in the photo bin below the months. Hold the picture while dragging it into the month you desire. Continue this task by dragging all the pictures into their correct months. Move the calendar forward or backward by clicking on the Jump to Month arrow.

7. Click NEXT under the Preview Your Calendar once you have placed all of the pictures. Preview each month by using the Jump to Month arrow. Click Edit if you need to fix any of the month's pictures. Check the box under I have reviewed and I approve the calendar.

8. Hit "Add to Cart." Review the order's information and click on the NEXT button. Enter the shipping information, credit card information, promotional codes if necessary and click the NEXT button.

9. Enter the shipping information, credit card information, promotional codes if necessary and click the NEXT button. Confirm your order and await your masterpiece of a calendar.

Create a Member Account

10. Enter your first and last name, email address, a password, the password retyped and a hint to know the password. This will help you in the event that you forget your password.

11. Read the terms and conditions section, indicating you have read them.

Upload Photos

12. Choose whether you want to upload the pictures by the Photo Streamer 2 Software or by your Web Browser.

13. Create a name for you album. Click on Next Step, then hit the Browse button to find the picture you choose to download.

14. Choose the file that contains the photos. Pick all of the photographs that you desire to upload to the site.

15. Click Next Step and wait while the online album is created.

Tips & Warnings

• If you are sending the calendar to the same place you are billing it from, save time and check the box in the shipping section. This will eliminate you from re-entering the information.
• You may only choose one picture per browser button. Go below for additional browser buttons.
