Step 1
Studies have proven that consistent sleep in excess of 6 hours per night enhances your physical strength, promotes good moods and as a result should improve your sex drive. In extreme cases symptoms of depression and anxiety can lead to both insomnia and a diminished sex drive. Many antidepressants and sleep aids can sometimes cause erectile dysfunction and/or a loss of libido. Reduce caffeine intake, strive to fall asleep naturally and sleep soundly for at least 6 hours each night.

on 11/29/2008 This might sound a little crued but we're all adults here right? I was having problems going longer than two minutes and I found something to be quite useful. It's something called a REVERSE KEIGEL. As you start to feel the peak of your orgasm,using the muscles in your pelvic region and buttocks area, push out as if your were holding to pee. This helped me last a little longer and with practice exercising those muscles your longevity will increase.

on 11/3/2008 I get 6 hours or more sleep. my diet is ok, but what guarantees would i get from the herbs. see i can go for about 2 min. I would like to last longer.
