Here is a tasty way to introduce tofu to your friends and family who think they don't like tofu! It has a great flavour and makes its own sauce as it cooks. The best part of the recipe is that you don't even have to measure your ingredients - it really doesn't matter much what proportions you use! Make it once, and you'll have a sense of how you might like to alter proportions for a thicker or thinner sauce next time. Serve hot, over rice or potatoes.

on 8/22/2007 I've never used nutritional yeast before, but I'll bet it adds a great flavor! I love fried tofu! Unfortunately, I'm the only one in my family who does.
