Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 Cup softened butter
- 2 1/4 Cups of confectioners sugar
- 2/3 Cups evaporated milk
- 6 Squares of unsweetened chocolate
- Double boiler pots
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Mixing spoons
- Stove heated to a medium-high heat

Step 1
Fill bottom pan with water and let sit on stove top and come to a boil. In the top pan, off to the side for right now, mix 1/2 cup butter and 2 1/4 cup confectioners sugar. Mix well and then add 2/3 cups of evaporated milk and the 6 squares of chocolate.

Picture thanks to www.maona.netPut the top pan on the stove top, on top of the pan with the water boiling. Stir a little as the chocolate melts then let it cook for about 20-25 minutes (possibly longer if chocolate isn't all the way melted.) You can stir the mixture every 10 minutes or so....but don't over stir it.

Remove from heat and with your mixing spoon, beat the mixture well. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. You can drizzle this over ice cream, cakes, cookies, anything you wish!
