Well if you are applying Goo-it to a battery already in service, which you can do, but it is of course not going to be as effective in providing as long a life for the battery as possible because some damage has already been part of the life of the battery to the point of servicing with Goo-it; our product will help. Mechanically brighten … using a wire brush – or scrape…all contacting surfaces on a battery that has been in-service.
