Step 1
Search online for the conference you want to attend through professional associations such as the AACCA, or The American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators.

Register online or by phone for the conference of your choice. At this point, a deposit is required to secure your place at the cheerleading coaching conference. This can be paid by credit card or check.

Confirm that you will attend your cheerleading coaching conference by submitting any RSVP materials or by calling your specific conference 2 weeks prior to your event.

Find a flight through a travel agent or online travel service to your destination. Be sure to arrive at the airport 2 hours before your departure time to allow for ticketing, security and boarding.

Secure a rental car to help you attend your conference with ease. Keep in mind that many cities do not have convenient public transportation, especially if your conference is being held in a smaller market.

Step 3
Arrive at your conference at least 2 hours before registration ends. This will give you plenty of time to settle into your room, confirm your schedule and find local landmarks.
