2 Medium Size Tomatoes

1 Medium Size Onion

Red Wine Vinegar

Step1
First, cut the tomatoes in half. Take each half and cut thos into quarters. You should now have good sized tomatoes for the salad.

Secondly, cut the onions into quarters and then slice into small pieces.
Step3
Now, mix both the tomatoes and onions in a bowl. Pour about 2 tablespoons of vinegar into a cup and then pour in about 4 to 6 tablespoons of oil. Stir until they start to mix. Pour over the salad.
Step4
Now, this is where people can add or change some things. I like to add a little bit of salt, pepper, and oregano. Some people like to put crumbled feta on top. It's up to your taste buds to decide what you want to add.
This salad, if done right, is a meal in itself. Serve it with a nice crusty bread and you have a wonderful light lunch or even a snack.
