first thing is don't eat 3 big meals like most people do, you must eat 6-8 smaller portions a day. the reason for this is because this will stimulate your metabolism more often therefore making it faster.

Next dont be afraid of the weights ladies. All of the ladies I train freak when I even mention weights. Weights also speed up your metabolism so your food will be broken down much more easily.

Cardio cardio cardio i cant stress this enough. Try and do some skipping or bike riding or anything to get your heart pumping EVERYDAY!

LAST thing dont give up consistency is the key that's it
