Do you want to get stomach muscles that you can show off to your friends? Well if you do then read this article!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • A room with a large open space

Step1
First stretch every body part that you can for about 10 minutes.
Step2
Then do anywhere from 30 to 100 crunches. Make sure that you do this slowly and steadily.
Step3
Next lay on your back and SLOWLY lift your legs up to a 90 degree angle. Then SLOWLY bring them back down. Do anywhere from 20 to 50 of these.
Step4
Stretch again for about 5 minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • Repeat this every other day.
  • DO NOT workout if your muscles hurt. It is okay to skip a day or two.
  • DO NOT rush while doing these exercises!!!
