A piece of wood about 18" long and about 3 or 4" in circumfrence.
4' piece of rope(nylon)
Drill
Step1
First you drill a small hole in the center of the piece of wood and push the nylon rope through with a pencil or small stick. Tie a knot with the rope you just put through the wood to make you it doesn't come out or is loosened.
Step2
Tie the other end of the nylon rope to a weight (2 1/2, 5, or maybe 10 pound weight) found at most equipment stores like Academy and Sports Authority.
Step3
Now that you have the device put together, hold the piece of wood an arm's length away from you with the weight hanging down. Roll the piece of wood in a single direction in your hands which will in return, pull the weight up slowly and roll it back down.
Step4
Do 10 reps of this. After each set take a small 30 second break. Do 10 sets of this for about 7-10 weeks. Do this drill every other day of the week.
Tips & Warnings
Have dedication and desire to be stronger.
Don't give up, don't miss sessions.
If you are having trouble doing this drill with even the 2 1/2 pound weight, try to find a 1 pound weight.
Your forearms will be sore in the first two weeks as they are adjusting to the weight.
