Things You'll Need:
- Diablo Shrimp
- Vegetables
- Pasta
- Lemon
- Spinach
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Cracked Pepper
- Garlic Cloves
- Walnuts
- Yellow Squash

Step 1
Diablo Shrimp
Marinate in evoo, crushed red pepper, red pepper flakes, cracked pepper and finely minced garlic cloves. -
Step 2
Vegtables + Pasta
Blacken walnuts for 10 minutes in evoo over medium heat
Add port. Mushrooms for another 5-7 minutes
Move mushrooms / walnuts to one side and take this side off heat -
Step 3
Reduce heat slightly and add green and yellow squash, drizzle lemon juice over only squash side and add evoo and oregano.
Cook until tender -
Step 4
Cook pasta, add in lemon zest/ lemon juice from entire lemon, finely chopped spinach and fresh diced tomato.

Toss everything together except shrimp

Step 6
Serve, placing shrimp on top of finished dish.
