Make Diablo Shrimp with Lemon Pasta and Garden Vegtables

A great pasta for summer evening.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Diablo Shrimp
  • Vegetables
  • Pasta
  • Lemon
  • Spinach
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Cracked Pepper
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Walnuts
  • Yellow Squash
  1. Step 1

    Diablo Shrimp

    Marinate in evoo, crushed red pepper, red pepper flakes, cracked pepper and finely minced garlic cloves.

  2. Step 2

    Vegtables + Pasta

    Blacken walnuts for 10 minutes in evoo over medium heat
    Add port. Mushrooms for another 5-7 minutes
    Move mushrooms / walnuts to one side and take this side off heat

  3. Step 3

    Reduce heat slightly and add green and yellow squash, drizzle lemon juice over only squash side and add evoo and oregano.

    Cook until tender

  4. Step 4

    Cook pasta, add in lemon zest/ lemon juice from entire lemon, finely chopped spinach and fresh diced tomato.

  5. Step 5

    Toss everything together except shrimp

  6. Step 6

    Serve, placing shrimp on top of finished dish.
