How to Survive Giant Ambushes in Lego Star Wars

There will be plenty of times in both Lego Star Wars and Lego Star Wars 2 where your characters will be assailed by an unending stream of enemies. They will keep attacking you until you fulfill a specific purpose. In the meantime, they will be blasting you, wasting your studs and causing general rage. Here are some tips for getting rid of them.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

1. Look for things to use your Force Power on. Anything with a blue aura around it can be “Forced.” Sometimes, all it takes is moving a single thing and the flood of enemies will stop.
2. Look around for something to blast. On the opposite end of “Forcing,” it may just be that something in the environment around you needs a good blasting.
3. Try not to waste your time attacking enemies. If you get more than a couple group of enemies coming at you, there’s something you need to do BEFORE you waste hordes of enemies. If you continually try to eliminate the enemy, you’ll only bog yourself down.
4. Run around the outskirts. Things in the center of the screen are easy to find. The key event you’re missing is probably on the outskirts somewhere. On a hill, a ledge, in another object. Leave no stone unturned!
5. Look around where the ambush is. The object you need to interact with will typically be in close proximity to the ambush spawn point (where the bad guys appear from). Start your search there.
