Accept that you will not make money selling pet mice. There are some pets that are profitable to sell, but mice are not among them! If you want to sell your mice as pets, you should first forget about profit.
-
2
Talk to your friends about their interest in mice. If you are a true pet mouse aficionado, your interest may have rubbed off on them. Ask them if they are interested in having a pet mouse of their own. If so, suggest a nominal fee for their new friend.

Place a classified advertisement in your local paper or on an online site such as CraigsList. Word your article carefully and name a price for your mice. You may want to research prices at a local pet store. If you sell your mice cheaply, they will probably end up as a snake's dinner. But if your mice are too expensive, people may not buy them.

Screen the buyers. Ask them questions about why they want a pet mouse. If you feel uncomfortable about the person or their answers, refuse to sell your mice to them.
