1
Set the mood. Turn down the lights, turn on some soft music and light some candles. Relax.

2
Dab some eye makeup remover on two cotton balls. Hold the saturated balls on your closed eyes and wipe the eye area clean. If you don't have eye makeup on, you can skip this step.

3
Dampen your face with a washcloth. Squirt some cleanser into your hand and rub it in small circles all over your face avoiding contact with your eyes. Rinse well with your wet washcloth. Be sure to clean entire face and neck.
-
4
Exfoliate your face with a gentle scrub. Dampen your face and rub the scrub in circles all over your face avoiding the eyes. Rinse well with water and your washcloth.
-
5
Place clean washcloth in hot water (or microwave a wet cloth for a few seconds), squeeze out excess water and place on face for a minute or two. Make sure the temperature is not too hot; you don't want to burn yourself!
-
6
Squeeze your mask into your hand. Be sure it's the correct type for your skin. Gently rub the mask in circles all over your face again avoiding the eye area. Leave the mask on according to the product instructions. Rinse well with water and a washcloth.
-
7
Apply a moisturizer for your skin type. Gently rub the lotion all over your face and neck except around the eyes. Apply an eye cream all around the eyes, even on the upper lids.
-
8
Sit back and relax. Enjoy some quality "me" time.
