How to Video Blog

First blogging was the new craze now its all about video blogging or vlogging as it’s often called. Follow this guide, and you’ll be vlogging in no time.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

1. Create a blog using any of the free blogging sites. Blogger, Wordpress and TypePad are just a few of the many options.
2. Create a video of your own and upload it to YouTube, Flickr or any of the other video hosting sites, or find a video that you like on one of the sites and use it.
3. Find the box that says "embed" and copy the code for your video or the one you found on the site that you want to use.
4. Login to your blog account, and create a post where you’ll be placing your video.
5. Click on the html tag in your post instead of using the composer view and paste the code you copied from the video site into the post.
   
   
6. Hit "Publish" or "Done" once you’ve pasted the code.
7. Click on preview or view your blog; your video should be up and working.

Tips & Warnings

• If you’re using a video you’ve created yourself, make sure you compress it for the web. Most video editing software have an option to compress for the web when you save your file.
