How to Make Business Cards with Print Master Software

You can create customized business cards with Print Master software, your computer and any basic color printer. Follow these steps.

Things You'll Need:

  • Printer with color ink
  • Print Master software
  • Business card stock paper
  1. Step 1

    Purchase the Print Master desktop publishing program from a local vendor selling computer software. Install this software into your computer.

  2. Step 2

    Open the program. This will bring you to the “Hub." Select either a “Ready Made Project,” in which you can change the wording, or you can select “Create brand new project." For this exercise choose “Create Brand New Project."

  3. Step 3

    Select either a “Ready Made Project” where you can change the wording or you can select “Create Brand Mew Project." For this exercise choose “Create Brand Mew Project."

  4. Step 4

    Find "Business Cards," and then click "Next." Choose between tall or wide version, and then click "Next." Choose the type of business card stock you will be printing onto and click "Finish."

  5. Step 5

    Click on “Search Art & Photos” and choose a category for the graphic. You can search for a particular graphic such as animals, flowers, or children.

  6. Step 6

    Go to “Add or Edit Text” and choose “Add Text Box” from the drop menu. Double click on text box and add desired text. This can include business name, address, telephone or cell phone number and your email or website address.

  7. Step 7

    Print and save your newly made business card to your computer.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use dark colored graphics sparingly because they will cause your color ink to deplete quickly.
