Step 1
Plan your party. If you're choosing drinks for a bachelor party, it must mean you're hosting and not at a public place. Plan the details of the party first. Date, time, number of invites, games you might be playing. This will help determine the drinks you will choose. Is your party full of cocktail drinkers? Maybe everyone is going to play a little beer pong for old time's sake. Answering these questions will point you in the right direction.

Step 2
Determine the groom's favorite drink. The most important thing is that the groom has a great time as he celebrates his final nights of freedom. Be sure to have plenty of his favorite beverage on hand. Maybe go the extra special mile and provide top shelf liquor or that rare micro-brew beer that he loves. He'll certainly appreciate it.

Step 3
Make a signature drink. While this is usually thought of for a wedding or bridal shower, there's no reason it can be done for a bachelor party. With a little creativity you can even name the drink after one of the groom's short-comings. This will provide a little good natured fun at the groom's expense.

Step 4
Plan ahead. There's nothing worse than a bachelor party that runs out of booze. Determine what you think your crowd will drink, and buy more to be on the safe side. But unrefrigerated alcohol. This way, whatever you don't open you can return to the store.
