Surf one of the websites that have negotiated a live feed of satellite radio. The best way is just to search for "Free Satellite Radio" in a search engine.

Buy a new car. Many new cars on the market today come with a satellite radio already installed. The satellite radio also usually includes a year of free service. Although, technically, purchasing a new car doesn't mean you are getting anything for free. However, if you were going to buy a new car anyway, this is your chance to indulge in satellite radio for free.
