4. Hire a personal instructor if you discover that you are very passionate about modern dancing. With a personal instructor you can get the attention that is necessary to perfect your moves.
5. Search the Internet for local modern dance groups. Craigslist is a good Web site to search for groups in your specific area (see Resources below).
6. Practice on a regular basis. Some steps are trickier than others and may require extra practice.
