How to throw a knuckle ball in softball

Want to make the other team look bad on a pitch? A knuckleball is the perfect pitch to throw then.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• A Softball

1. Hold the ball where your middle finger and index finger are on the 2 seams of the ball.

2. Use your regular windup

3. When you are about to release the ball, do not rotate the ball.

4. Make sure there is no spin to the ball when you release it.
