Choosing games that will be enjoyed by a teenage audience may seem like an impossible task. Look for games that encourage interaction between the boys and girls at the party and create a fun atmosphere when you select games that are age appropriate and entertaining.
Play pass the orange by lining the party goers up, alternating boy and then girl. They must then try to pass an orange or tennis ball to the next person in line by holding it between the teenagers' chin and their chest. If they drop the ball, they must leave the game. If not, they go to the end of the line and see how long they can keep the ball moving.

Start a rowdy game of spoons by organizing everyone into a circle. Place a group of spoons, numbering one less than the number of players, in the center of the circle. The object of the game is to collect four of one kind of card as the deck is passed one card at a time around the circle. The first person with four like cards should discreetly grab a spoon. All other players may then grab a spoon of their own. The player left without a spoon is eliminated from the game.
3
Play a guessing game such as "Who Am I?" where the party goers try to guess what famous person's name they've been given by asking other party goers questions. Hand out slips of paper with the names on them at the beginning of the party and ask your guests to tape them to their foreheads so that everyone can read them. See who can guess who they are first!
4
Suggest a kissing game such as spin the bottle. Assemble the guests into a circle and determine who is to be kissed first. In spin the bottle, a bottle or dial is spun to determine who in the circle should kiss the spinner.
5
Select another variation of kissing game called Wink. Here players partner up with one player being left without a partner. This person tries to gain a partner by winking at another person's partner, who then must try to restrain the partner from leaving. If the partner get away, that person becomes the Winker's partner, and the partner left behind becomes the new Winker.
