Plan a Mexican fiesta. Serve luscious enchiladas and tacos along with delicious Mexican beers and frosty margaritas. Decorate the pool area with brightly colored lights and hang a piñata for some after dinner exercise. Use sombreros as accent pieces.

Blow up a few floating lounges, roll out your big screen and have a movie night. Have a buffet of movie favorites set out for your guests to select: popcorn, hot dogs, tons of candy and soda. Set up several chairs around the pool for those who don't want to get wet.
