Roulette is an old gambling game in which a wheel with numbered notches is spun and a small ball is dropped over the spinning numbers. It eventually comes to rest in one of the numbered slots. If you happened to have bet on that number, you win. There are two types of roulette, single zero and double zero. Single zero roulette has just one green zero slot while double zero has two.

Instructions

Select Single Zero Roulette Tables to Play

  1. Step 1

Select single zero roulette tables over double zero roulette tables whenever possible. Single zero roulette tables have better odds for players than double zero tables. Single zero roulette tables give the house only a slight advantage, while double zero tables push the house advantage up.

  2. Step 2

Choose single zero roulette tables based on bet limit. If you're new to roulette, select the small bet tables first. In some casinos, the minimum table bet for single zero roulette is as low as 5 cents, while the bet limit increases dramatically. High roller tables can have minimum bets over 500 dollars.

  3. Step 3

Use the odds in your favor. Remember that the more spins on the wheel you take, the greater chances you have of losing. You have better chances of winning once than you do of winning ten times.

  4. Step 4

Walk away when you're ahead. It can be tempting to continue playing when you're on a roll, but remember that the more you play, the odds grow in the house's favor.

  5. Step 5

Play single zero roulette online at sites (see Resources below). There are many online casinos and gaming sites where you can play from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Tips & Warnings
  • Gamblers can be very serious and very set in their ways. There are very strict rules of etiquette, so if you're playing at a table, make sure you know what you're doing or you risk offending others at the table.
  • Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
