Teach Your Baby to Play Koosh Ball

Step1
Purchase a Koosh Ball that is compatible with the size of your child's hands.
Step2
Toss the ball gently to your child and see if he can catch it with both hands. Show him how to throw it back. Progress to one-handed grabs.
Step3
Use a target such as a hula-hoop or basket. Show your child how to throw the Koosh Ball into the target. Let her give it a try. Three hits in a row wins.

Relieve Stress When You Play Koosh Ball

Keep several Koosh Balls on hand at the office. Squeeze them while you're on the phone with a difficult client. Wake up and beat the afternoon doldrums by tossing the Koosh Ball up in the air and catching it several times.
Step2
Encourage teamwork and blow off steam by having a Koosh Ball battle in a lunchroom or outdoors. Choose sides and wail away at each other, trying to get more hits than the other team. It's hard to get hurt with a Koosh ball.
