Goals and procrastination do not work. Hitting the bad traits of procrastination are excuses, laziness, avoidance, blame, stress, anxious, poor attitude, guilt, fear, unorganized, frequent failure and lack of directions. The magic key is to invert all the bad traits to find your desire and passion to make you complete the task in joy and ease. Once your emotions are uplifted, the procrastination will disappear and you will find the limitless energy in you to achieve your goals.

Things You’ll Need:

  • A Piece of Paper
  • A Pen
  • Slow and Relaxing Music

Step1
Write down the list of tasks or goals your need to accomplish. By writing them down, you have send out many signals into your subconscious mind. You have created a contract of intention to achieve your goals. You can plan your priority by having the whole vision of your many goals of the list in front of you.
Step2
Let us move to one task or a small goal first. Choose your goal and close your eyes for a few seconds. Now picture in your mind a series of process leading to your end result. This will help to create desire and faith of achievement. Power up the imagination of yours.
Step3
Before you start your process, take in a couple to deep breath. Deep breath have great benefits.
They are an immediate energy booster plus you find yourself instantly in more relax state.
Step4
Wherever possible, have some relaxing music playing in the background. This will power up your RIGHT brain up and bring your brain waves down to the ALPHA level for you to work faster.
You will be only focusing on the completion of your goals and nothing around you matters.
Step5
When you are relaxed, you are now in the solution focus state and you are gaining the power to take action. You will be able to search into your subconscious mind to find the needed solution to complete your process. All you have to do is to surrender and take actions when needed.

on 5/29/2007 Hi, everything in us chronic. Same set of chore, one may view it with pleasure and the other may view with pressure. So everything is within us to mend. To mend means take action to change. There are many ways to do it, but it is really up to you to take the first step to stop becoming an "excusaholic"
