Everyone wants a perfectly clean and smudge free window in their house, car, aquarium, space shuttle - and now you can have it without a lot of elbow grease or smelly, expensive cleaners. Does slamming your fingers in a car door sound preferable to cleaning all the mirrors in your house? Read on - you have found a miracle!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Cleaning agent - water works great!
  • Go ahead and use a glass cleaner if you like throwing money away
  • Papertowels, crumpled newspapers or kitchen towel
  • Gun style hair dryer.
Step1
Don't use any water out of Goldie's waterbowl! What's first? A basic house window? Just wash the window with cleaning agent (don't use soap - you'll just have to rinse it off). Go ahead and use lots of water, window cleaner, vinegar & water - it's going to be a breeze (literally!) to dry.
Step2
Hey, knucklehead - keep that hair dryer away from me! Then with the towel in one hand and the hair dryer in the other, blow dry your window and wipe with the towel simultaneously, working from top down. This goes fast if the dryer is set at high speed, so make sure the glass is still wet when you start for best results. You will not have streaking, (unless you're running around naked) and even those hard to clean corners will turn out great!
Step3
Even recommended for those hard-to-clean galaxies! Use this method on mirrors, glass tabletops, clear glass vases, even auto glass. The neighbors thought I was nuts when I'd be out in the driveway with a hair dryer! The best part of using this method is the way your glass turns out shiny and streak free without a lot of rubbing. You can even forget using a towel in the bathroom on steamed mirrors - just aim that hair dryer at them and watch the steam disappear - leaving your mirrors crystal clear and clean.

Tips & Warnings

  • For gosh sakes, use your noggin' when using an electric hair dryer around water!
