Take your time on the first questions in each section. The computer-based GRE adapts itself to your skill level. The first few questions set the level of difficulty for the section and the point values will increase or decrease accordingly.

Think about each answer before you submit. Remember, you cannot go back and change your answers later.

Concentrate on answering questions. Don't try to figure out how well you might be doing; leave that to the computer.
