How to Make a Heart With Paper Quilling
Quilled hearts can be used on more than just Valentines. Versatile and simple to create, they can be used to decorate cards, gift packages, framed artwork and other flat surfaces. It is believed that quilling originated with the nuns and monks during the Renaissance, when they used gilded strips of paper to decorate Bibles and religious items.
