Step1

Log into your iStockphoto account using your member name and password.

Step2

Choose "Buy Credits" from the member toolbar where your member name is displayed.

Step3

Select the credit package that best suits your needs. Credits will remain in your account for up to 1 year after you purchase them.

Step4

Click "Add to Cart" and your shopping cart will display the items added. Make any necessary changes to the quantity and select "Update Cart" before proceeding to checkout.

Step5

Enter your billing information and click "Next Step" to continue. Choose a method of payment and click "Next Step" to continue the checkout process.

Step6

Verify the billing information, payment method and order summary. If any changes need to be made, simply click "Modify" below the headings to update or correct the information.

Step7

Click "Place My Order" and a confirmation page will appear. The amount of download credits available will appear in your Member Toolbar and you are ready to begin purchasing images.

iStockphoto will send you email reminders before your photo credits expire, so be sure to keep your correct email address updated.
If your credits are about to expire and you need more time to spend them, just contact Client Relations from the Support link and they will grant you an extension.
