        Open the Picasa program. If you do not have Picasa downloaded, you can download it from Google. Picasa is free to download and use.

        Select the photos you would like in your web gallery. You can upload complete folders or individual pictures. Click on the folder or hold down the "Shift" key to pick the photos individually.

        Click on the "Web album" button at the bottom of your screen. This will pull up a smaller window.

        Sign in to your Google account or sign up for a new account. To sign up, follow the directions and activate your account. An email will be sent to you from Google asking you to click on a link and activate the account. Login in to Picasa.

        Choose a web title and description for your folders. Click "OK" when the title and description have been entered.

        Upload the gallery to the web. Picasa will now add your gallery. A window will pop up showing the progress. When the process is done, you can click "View online" to view your web gallery.
