How to Plan a Trip to the Cincinnati Zoo

Park in the zoo lot and pay a nominal fee.

Purchase tickets at the ticket booth and make sure to pick up a map. If you need a stroller or wheelchair, they can be rented at the entrance for a small fee.

Check the map for show times and work out the most beneficial route. Shows can be crowded on weekends, so arrive early to get a good seat.

Stop by the Rino Cafe for a bite to eat. This food court has enough choices to please your entire family. If you prefer a something lighter, you will also find vending carts and other small food stands throughout the zoo for snacks and drinks.

Rest your feet while you enjoy the Train, Conservation Carousel or the Safari Shuttle. You can purchase an all day ride bracelet for unlimited rides throughout the day.

Buy a souvenir or two from the Family Zoo Shop or Cincinnati Zoo Shop.
