Things You'll Need:
- Computer with Internet access to by Imagibrick products
- Imagibricks
-
Step 1
Start very young children off with the simple 24-piece set. With three different colors and three different sized bricks, it will encourage kids to build and experiment with construction techniques.
-
Step 2
Take the flat sheets of strong cardboard you will receive and fold along indicated lines to create three-dimensional colored bricks. The red bricks are the largest, yellow bricks are medium sized and blue bricks are the smallest.
-
Step 3
Teach kids a lesson in proportion and ratios while folding bricks into shape. Yellow bricks are twice the size of blue ones and red bricks are twice the size of yellow ones.
-
Step 4
Build to the sky. Because they are so lightweight and sturdy, Imagibricks can be stacked to very impressive heights.
-
Step 5
Build it up, knock it down. Kids will have just as much fun knocking down their Imagibrick towers as they did constructing them.
-
Step 6
Clean up in a flash. Even an Imagibrick disaster is a quick clean up. You can toss the lightweight bricks into a closet or a box in seconds and pull them back out again for continued fun.
-
Step 7
Add to the fun with costumes. When kids build a castle, let them dress up as princesses, kings or other fairy tale characters. Parents, take this opportunity to take photos of your kids. You'll be making memories to last a lifetime.
-
Step 8
Order your Imagibrick play sets online and have them shipped to you. This is especially helpful if you don't have a large car to transport them home from the store. The Construction Site is a great online resource for building blocks of all kinds (see Resources below). Shipping costs are typically minimal and considered well worth the expense by parents who know how difficult it can be to go shopping with a gaggle of kids.
