  • Pencils or pens
  • Paper

Choose Printable Games for Your Party

  1. Step 1

Select printable games that apply to your type of party, be it a bridal shower, baby shower or retirement party. These typically center on the guest of honor and will operate based on group play.

  2. Step 2

Choose games that can be played by every age group in attendance.

  3. Step 3

Select printable games that help guests get to know each other better. For example, a great ice breaker requires that guests write three pieces of interesting information on a small piece of paper. These are then folded up and placed in a large bowl. Each person has to pull out a scrap of paper and guess to whom it refers. The person with the most correct guesses wins.

  4. Step 4

Create a customized crossword puzzle about the party's guest of honor online at Personal Puzzles and distribute it to all the guests (see Resources below). The first person to complete it (or get the most finished within an hour) wins a prize.

  5. Step 5

Scramble words of select baby items (or bridal items, graduation items, etc.) and have guests decipher and write down as many as they can correctly. This can be done individually or as a team.

  6. Step 6

Play games like "Bridal Bingo!" or "Baby Bingo!" These personalized Bingo games include names of related items instead of numbers and can be played in a large or small group. The traditional rules apply: a caller announces squares one at a time, and the first person to yell Bingo wins!

Tips & Warnings
  • If you're stuck on which games to play, use the help of experts at the Party Game Ideas website (see Resources below).
  • Make sure to have plenty of writing utensils on hand for all your guests, as well as clipboards to hold the games securely.
  • Be sure to censor your quizzes about a bride-to-be or mom-to-be based on the crowd. For a mixed group, keep the questions rated "PG," but feel free to spice up the content of printable games at an intimate bachelorette party.
