Step One: Make a schedule for your work outs, and make sure that you work in different execises such as cardio, cycling, and swimming.

Step Two: At first only do sit ups for about a week or two and then move on to step three.

Step Three: Start to add harder exercises to your rutine such as (my favorite) jackknives. To do a jackknive you lay down on the floor and put your arms over your head and then slowly lift your upper-body and legs until your hands and feet meet then slowly lower your legs and upper-body and throughtout the whole exercise youshould mainly concentrate on your abdominals.
