How to Build Abdominals

Do you want to tone and define your abdominals for the summer than follow these instructions. Don't worry it's not that hard.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Alot of determination
  1. Step 1

    Step One: Make a schedule for your work outs, and make sure that you work in different execises such as cardio, cycling, and swimming.

  2. Step 2

    Step Two: At first only do sit ups for about a week or two and then move on to step three.

  3. Step 3

    Step Three: Start to add harder exercises to your rutine such as (my favorite) jackknives. To do a jackknive you lay down on the floor and put your arms over your head and then slowly lift your upper-body and legs until your hands and feet meet then slowly lower your legs and upper-body and throughtout the whole exercise youshould mainly concentrate on your abdominals.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't give up once you've started it's very easy to countinue.
  • Work-out with a friend it's alot easier when a friend is with you.
  • Take a break if you need to.
