- floss
- water
- mouthwash

Step 1
When you wake up in the morning gargle water..

Step 2
Now then brush teeth..rinse...

Step 3
Floss 2 times rinse again..

Step 4
Gargle mouthwash for 30 seconds..Let it out..wait for 3 seconds then rinse with water 2 times..

on 5/18/2007 Sometimes bad breath can also come from bad digestion. Unfortunately not much you can do for that except maybe avoid food that causes you stomach pains...
