While the main goal of pilates is to shape your body and develop your energy, doing pilates is also a great way to increase sexual stamina and confidence. Learn how to use pilates to help maintain a healthy sex life by following these simple steps.

  1. Step 1

    Search for a pilates instructor at a gym or a fitness studio. Many instructors will allow you to sit in on or try a class or two for free.

  2. Step 2

    Start pilates exercises to shape your body, and in turn make yourself more physically attractive, flexible and energized.

  3. Step 3

    Learn how to build your sexual power and stamina using the breathing techniques learned from pilates during sex.

  4. Step 4

    Practice pilates regularly, and give special effort to exercises that work muscles often used during intercourse, such as buttocks, thighs and abdomen.
