Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pan or pot
  • Green tea
  • Fresh mint
  • Teapot
  • Sugar
  1. Step 1

    Put 3 tbsp. of loose green tea or five teabags into a teapot.

  2. Step 2

    Add 1 bunch of fresh mint to the teapot.

  3. Step 3

    Bring 8 cups of water to boil in a separate pan or pot.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the water into the teapot.

  5. Step 5

    Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes. Stir it once or twice.

  6. Step 6

    Add 1 cup sugar to the teapot and stir until dissolved.

  7. Step 7

    Strain the tea and serve. The tea can be served hot or cooled down and served over ice.

Tips & Warnings
  • Traditionally mint tea is sweetened, but you can omit the sugar if desired.
