How to Make the Perfect Pork Tenderloin

Making a moist, juicy pork tenderloin can be just right for any dinner.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • pork tenderloin or roast
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • seasonings
  • oven
  • plastic freezer bag
  1. Step 1

    Go to the grocery store to pick out the tenderloin.You can even use a pork roast.

  2. Step 2

    Remove tenderloin from plastic wrap

  3. Step 3

    Rinse tenderloin with water

  4. Step 4

    Rub the tenderloin with extra virgin olive oil so the seasonings will stick.

  5. Step 5

    Make a marinade in freezer bag.You can mix Wish-Bone Italian dressing with soy sauce, Lawry's, Mrs. Dash, or worchesthire sauce.Whatever works for you.Or you can do what I did. Mix Wish-Bone Italian dressing with soy sauce or Lawry's Marinade with Kikkoman Teriyaki.

  6. Step 6

    Put the tenderloin in the bag with the marinade.Place it in the fridge and leave overnight.

  7. Step 7

    Set oven at 350 degrees.

  8. Step 8

    Take out tenderloin from the fridge and place on a foil-lined pan.

  9. Step 9

    Add your dry seasonings on top of the tenderloin. Make sure to get both sides.

  10. Step 10

    Wrap tenderloin in foil.

  11. Step 11

    Place in the oven for 30-45 minutes.

  12. Step 12

    Once done, let it rest before serving.Accompany with veggies and rice.

Tips & Warnings
  • If pressed for time when marinating the meat, let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Leaving the oven on before leaving makes meat tough.
