2. For a nude beach, you can head over to Lanzarote. You will find many beaches in this location that are considered clothing optional, even if they are not officially recognized by the government as being so.

3. Famara is another area where you can find clothing optional areas. This fishing village is very quiet even though it is popular with hang-gliders, surfers, and nude sunbathers. There is a nice large beach here with good waves. It is located near the El Risco mountains, so the scenery is beautiful

4. Papagayo is becoming more crowded with those who wish to wear clothes while sunbathing and swimming. However, there are still some bays and coves that are home to naturists. When you go, be sure to bring water or other beverage with you. There is not any shade, so you may want to bring a beach umbrella as well.

5. Charco Del Palo is known as a nudist village, so you will be right at home in this location. There are many opportunities for housing in this area, so you can plan to stay awhile if you like.

6. Tenerife has a nude resort if you would like to travel in style. Or, you can choose to stay in an apartment while visiting the nude beaches.

7. El Medano hosts two nude beaches as well as some apartments for tourists.

8. Las Americas is home to Mediterranean Palace. This resort is very luxurious and includes a nude area. There are plenty of nude beaches to choose from in this location.

9. If you crave blue lagoons and white sand, head to this fishing village. Even the natives of this area enjoy coming to these beaches, so they are sure to be beautiful and peaceful.
