Step1
Join a good health club or hire a personal trainer to teach you exercises for trimming the outer thighs. Perform the workouts as the trainer recommends.

Perform exercises such as wall squat, lying leg-pull, seated hip twist, lunges, standing dumbbell squats and cable lift.

Try yoga. Learn different poses from a qualified instructor. Include poses such as Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana) and Tree Pose (Vrksasana).

Go for long walk daily. Walk for at least 30 minutes every day. Whenever possible, take the stairs instead of elevators.
