Step1
Join a good health club or hire a personal trainer to teach you exercises for trimming the outer thighs. Perform the workouts as the trainer recommends.

Perform exercises such as wall squat, lying leg-pull, seated hip twist, lunges, standing dumbbell squats and cable lift.

Go for long walk daily. Walk for at least 30 minutes every day. Whenever possible, take the stairs instead of elevators.

Include some sessions of weight training, which will help tone thigh muscles.
Step7
Consult a qualified dietician or nutritionist. Work together to create a proper diet plan that can cut extra calories from your diet.
