Wanna be the hardest hitter on the field?

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Appropriate football equipment.
  1. Step 1

Keep in mind that there are other people who want to knock the crap out of you, but don't let that bother you.

  2. Step 2

Most of your hitting power comes from your thighs, so do a lot of squats when you exercise.

  3. Step 3

    Size up your defender.
    Run toward them full speed.
    Have no fear.
Bend your knees before you hit, but don't stop moving.
Extend your knees, driving your face mask into the victim's torso.

  4. Step 4

Depending on your job( tackling, blocking, scoring, etc), you'll have to finish the hit. If you are tackling, wrap up the player as soon as you make contact. If you are blocking, push your opponent in the desired direction. If you are attempting to run over your opponent, you should try to knock them away forcefully with your shoulder while keeping both hands on the ball to prevent fumbling.

  5. Step 5

Make sure that your feet never leave the ground and that you don't hit your opponent with the top of your helmet( that's kinda dangerous).

Tips & Warnings
  • Rule #1 Hitters crack everyone.
  • Rule #2 Hitters don't get cracked.
  • Rule #3 Hitters show no mercy.
  • Injuries are common in football, but if you are in shape and are aware of what you are doing, you will have a slight chance of getting hurt.
