1. Setup a paypal account.

2. Register with one of the first two links provided below.

   Using Cashlagoon. Login, navigate to Available Offers on the left, and filter your search by "free" and "point/cash value" and follow the directions listed under each offer to complete.
   
   When you fill out an offer you click mark as complete, and an e-mail will be sent notifying you that your offer has been denied or accepted. Approval rates are shown on each offer.
   
   How do you know its legit?
   You don't, but there is one way to find out, with no minimum payout you can fill out one offer and get paid soon after.

Navigate to Available Offers on the left and select the Verification "prize" enter the information required and you will receive and e-mail with your account information and instructions on how to verify your account.
