on 5/14/2008 Good information but my problem is that I can not do any high impact exercising due to an accident that left me with a broken leg,back,neck,collar bone etc. the pain is bad but I have lost so much muscle and gained so much fat what can I do to gain back muscle and get rid of my man ****s , love handles and huge butt !!!!!!!
