I have seen several requests from readers asking how to get manuals for Timex clock-radios, such as the T617S which I got without a users' manual. Checks with Timex all fail, the company only supports manuals for their wristwatches. I finally sent mail to custserv@timex.com who responded the next day with indications that the clock radios were made by others. They suggested that I contact them at: CLOCK RADIOS SDI Technologies www.SDIdirect.com or email to one of the following: customerservice@SDItech.com customerservice@SDIdirect.com customerservice@timexaudio.com or call one of the following: 800-888-4491 800-695-4820 I tried the 800 number got a voice response and polite service and I am now awaiting my users' manual. on 9/8/2008 I am looking for a simple analog electric alarm clock with a lighted dial or hands. Did not realize it would be so difficult. Seems like everything is digital. Any help would be appreciated.

on 5/3/2007 I called the 800-888-4491 listed number above. They were wonderful and gave me the following instructions: Go to http://www.timexaudio.com/support.asp and scroll down to the Product Manuals and choose the manual you want. I was done with my manual within 5 minutes.
