Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Step1
Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily, which can help wash away the toxins from your body and reduce age spots.
Step2
Apply sunscreen lotion of minimum SPF 15 (sun protection factor) every time you go out into the sun.
Step3
Make dietary changes that are beneficial to your skin. Eat more raw vegetables and fruits that are low in fats.
Step4
Consume food items that contain vitamins and minerals. Eat carrots, green leafy vegetables, yams, nuts and fish, as they contain potassium, vitamin C, selenium, beta-carotene and bioflavonoids as well as zinc.
Step5
Apply natural face packs on the age spots. For example, try onion flakes, lime juice, buttermilk, dandelion, castor oil, black walnuts, chick peas, apple cider vinegar, aloe vera or the herb gotu kola (see Tesources below).
