How to Complete the Trump Card in StarCraft

This mission is difficult if you haven't yet grasped the uses of a lot of different Terran units. The enemy is sealed within a large mass of troops, tanks and missile turrets. You can't just run in a squadron of cloaked Wraiths because there are too many detectors around. You must use new tactics to defeat the Confederacy. Up to the challenge?

Instructions

1. Immediately lift off the Science Lab and the Starport that are next to Kerrigan.

2. Move both buildings, Kerrigan and the SCV, with the Emitter down to your main base. If you don't, they will quickly fall under attack.

3. Seal off your base with missile turrets and Bunkers filled with four Marines each.

4. Build twelve Wraiths and as many Siege Tanks as you can muster. Eight will work, but twelve is ideal.

5. Take back your secondary mineral field at the southern end. You may have an outpost there now, but it will quickly be taken apart by an enemy tank.

6. Use your Siege Tanks to destroy the towers from a distance. Fly your cloaked Wraiths in to eliminate enemy forces. Continue using your tanks to demolish buildings so that your Wraiths can concentrate on destroying enemy units that would otherwise threaten your tanks.

7. Send the SCV with the Emitter to the beacon when the way is clear.

Tips & Warnings

• A Comsat Station will greatly aid you here, as it will let your tanks blast an area that is normally covered either by black or the fog of war.
