How to Get New York Yankee Tickets and Watch a Game at Yankee Stadium

The New York Yankees are a Major League Baseball team located in the borough of the Bronx in New York City. From their start in 1901 as the Baltimore Orioles, to the present day New York Yankees that we know, they have won over a score of World Series pennants.

1. Search the New York Yankees website for all the latest information on game days and times.
2. Review the seating chart located on the home page for the team. Naturally, the better seats will cost more than the seats that are higher up in the stadium. Decide what you want to pay and how important being up close is to you.
3. Purchase your tickets to the game in advance from the box office. You may have them delivered to you or ready to pick up at the will-call window at the stadium.
4. Plan to bring extra money to purchase snacks and souvenirs from the game. This is a must if you are visiting for the first time.
5. Review the parking map located on the home page for the team.
6. Locate the restrooms that are closest to your seats when you arrive. This will make for quicker trips, so you miss less of the game.

Tips & Warnings

• Consider booking accommodations close to the stadium and walking to the game.
• Make sure to keep your ticket stub on you at all times. This will help you locate your seat if you get lost on your trip to the restroom or to get a snack.
• Wear comfortable clothes. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. This will help with navigating the stairs at the stadium and help protect your toes from getting stepped on by other fans.
• Arrive early to have plenty of time to find your seat before the game starts.
• Pack a light weight rain poncho or have an umbrella handy.
• Women: wearing a fanny pack is a great way to bring all that you need and not have to worry about where you are leaving your purse
• Always make sure to throw away your trash when you are finished. Nobody likes to sit or step in an icky gooey mess that was left behind.
• Exercise caution when walking down the stairs to your seat when you have your hands full. They will be steep and may be slippery from spilled drinks.
