1. Gather information about your trip, including the destination, date of travel and the names, birthdates and social security numbers of the travelers.

2. Log on to Travelocity (see link below in Resources) using a secure browser and register with the website by creating a new account. Choose a login name and password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. Use your previous name and password if you are a returning customer.

3. Click on the "Packages" tab on the website. Select "Flight and Hotel." Begin your search by entering the destination, travel dates, number of rooms and number of travelers and their ages. 7. Select a hotel. Read about its features and amenities. Check features, photos and maps. If you are satisfied with the selected hotel, proceed to "Check Rates" (if available) or select a room type.

8. Choose a room and rate that corresponds with your travel specifics.

9. Review your selection. Confirm that the information displayed reflects your hotel and flight specifics.

10. Enter the travelers' names and other personal information if prompted. Enter the name that is to be used during hotel check-in.
